This cottage is on a peninsula of a private fresh water lake located 10 minutes outside of Cazenovia, NY, where you can dine at fine restaurants and shop. The spring-fed lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Nearby are biking, walking and hiking trails. There is a country store and restaurant on the lake; the area is generally quiet and always peaceful.

Booked last minute for a quick getaway for Thanksgiving. Lovely home overlooking the lake. Although there was snow and it was cold outside, we all were nice and warm inside. Extremely comfortable for all in our family. Recommend. Owners checked in on us and had excellent communication.

We loved our stay at Priest Cottage. The location on the water couldn’t be better—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink and a Great Lake for paddling. The cottage itself is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of built-in storage that makes great use of the space. Everything felt comfortable and well cared for.
If you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature but still want the comforts of home, Priest Cottage is a great choice. We’d definitely stay here again.

Jon & Erika are great hosts. Their home and property are absolutely cozy, beautiful and anything you could need is on site. The house was clean and the property very well maintained. Jon was proactive at communicating and checking in to ask if we needed anything. The community is peaceful and we had a lot of fun walking around the community & relaxing by the fire pit/lake. We would love to stay and Jon's again!
